We caught up with @_arod_24 to talk about his pre-pitch routine.

The 6’2”, 200-lb @texasbaseball sophomore shared that it’s something new he focused on this offseason. It helps him lock into the right mental mindset, step into the box with confidence, and stay loose. Adding that it "messes a little with opposing pitchers".😆

Mental performance isn’t just for elite athletes. It’s something youth coaches can introduce and adapt based on a player’s age and maturity.
